I haven't used it but a friend of mine has had it around every peice of trim in is car for 2+ years. It goes on easy (using glue). A bit ricey if you ask me, but it's tight if neon is your thing or if your going for a rave in your car look.
how bright are those things??? if they are bright enough maybe I get me a set and go nuts. <--- gotta find a replacement for the lights in the rear view mirror.
I got a crapload of that neon glowing speaker wire lying around somewhere. I was thinking of wiring it up and lining the inside of the center vents to make them glow blue, but I've never gotten around to doing it. Someday though.
The closest I ever got was the shift knob with the neon string. It lit up pretty good. I've seen some people go crazy with it. But done right it would look cool.
It works real good, and lights up decently. It's no neon tube, but it'll prodice a nice subtle glow. It installs very easily, only most kits require you to make a full loop, no cutting or shortening of the wire so get the length you need. If your in to neons then get it, I'm not anymore so it's not for me.
DR1665-Ive got a set of purple laying around here somewhere. I had it in my 1G. It glows pretty good. Let me know if ya want it (Cheap!) and we can work something out. Shoot me an email
