you know, i don't think it's that hard to make these... the only difference is you wouldn't have that little black box. you know what that box is? a bunch of relays in a case. i think someone asked about this on the electronics forum i post on: www.the12volt.com if not i'm sure the guys there can help you. i really don't think it's worth th $89 dollars... it looks like all you're doing is replacing the stock flasher with one that sends out a longer pulse (otherwise the light will not be lit long enough for all 3 lights to sequence) then you're putting separate relays inline with each of the three bulbs. the relays are setup such that the delay on each is different. the first bulbs lights up as soon as the signal is sent, the second a little after and the third a little after that. i don't think it's that hard to wire them... i'm thinking it'd take 8 relays. one per light and 2 more for the delay of the second and third bulb. that's about $8 plus the cost of the 'electronic flasher'. not more that $15. check the 12volt for detailed wiring. don't waste your money unless you're bad with wiring or just don't want the hassle. i'm sure i could do this myself. emoji

just tryna save ya some money emoji

oh hey sorry i didn't get back to you sooner... did you try hitting up the guys on www.the12volt.com? it'd make things a lot easier b/c someone there can prolly draw you up a diagram an everything. i'm almost sure this topic was discussed on that forum before. there's probably a couple different methods you could use for the timing and everything as well. i don't think too many people on here would be able to help you out with this one...

does anyone know whether the tail lights are controlled by a positive signal or a ground? i haven't really looked at the wiring back there. i'm guessing it's the same for most cars b/c they don't specify that you need to determine what type of signal before installing the sequential flasher module...
