i know some people have done this. my question is, did you relocate the antenna somewhere else on the car so you can still get reception? i mostly listen to cds, but i still would like to have the radio. any help?

another option is those short antennas that look like the S2000 ones, they are rubber and about a foot or so in height. as for shaving, what ^^^ said, the only other alternative would be an antenna installed in your hatch (on the glass) im pretty sure GS+ came with this option. iv also seen a guy put a smaller antenna that had two little poles going each direction and mounted it to the hatch cover...looked kinda ghetto imo.

i thought about the shorter one, but i dont want the antenna back there at all. i think it would look better shaved with the gtr wing. i will look into the window glass one, i thought they came from the factory like that, i didnt know they sold aftermarket ones...kind of like the defroster lines on the glass. i will search around and see what i come up with.

Speaking of antennas, I had an amp installed about 6 months ago when I bought the car (I know how to do it, i'm just sick of it, I HATE intalling amps, i'd rather pay the 50 bucks ) and ever since my radio reception has been CRAP. furthermore, to turn on the amp I have to raise the antenna...i'd really like to improve reception/keep the antenna permanently down, any ideas? How hard is it to trace the wiring from the reciever all the way back to the antenna?
