Just wondering how many people would like to get LED's, (blue mostly due to their expensive nature) cheaper. As many of you know, Blue LEDs are about 4 dollars a piece from radio shac emoji I can sell them in any quantity really (where shipping costs don't make it rediculous) for much less. Imagine ordering 20 LEDs for 45 bucks instead of 80.

Id say a general price would be 2 bucks an LED.
(and i will include resistors matched for whatever grouping you say ex: can i get 50 LEDs grouped for 3 each. i will include the appropriate resistors.)

let me know

esi with 50k great shape for sale, afx udp, stock otherwise.

if you go to radioshack and put in 20 for a quantity of 2600mcd blue, the unit price drops to 3.59. totaling 71.80

if you guys would like, shoot me an email at danleitner355@hotmail.com or post up here with a general idea of how many and what color. i can do more than just blue. these are the very bright LEDs. If you tell me what color I can give you a list of angles and brightnesses. my standard blue is 2600mcd and 30 degrees (i think) i also have 5500mcd 15 degree. i have greens from 5000 to 9000mcd, whites from 2500 to 10000mcd, acqu red, yellow, orange and uv of various brightness and degree. hit me up for specs.

as a side note, the small profit id be making will be going to pay for my grandfathers medical (cancer) so this is worthwhile. i do the work getting the LEDs you need with the resistors you want, and sending them all to you. I may even solder them for you.

I do the annoying work so you don't have to, and profit goes to a worthwhile cause.

did anyone ever figure out the mcd rating on varad LEDs? it's kinda irritating that they don't list specs on their site or packaging. good to know just for comparison purposes. 2600mcd's pretty bright though...

*edit*
oh yea, do ya know the wavelength off hand? is it the standard 400 somethingish on most blues? good to match your LED colors too emoji

IMO...why not just get Varads off the web? And you'll be paying around 2.50 an LED with resistors all ready wired?

hey guys i work at radioshack so i can probably get you a sweeter deal just tell me what you need and i'll get you prices bacically how the system here works is if you buy more then 12 you save 30 cents on each one if you buy more then 50 you save 75 cents and if you buy more then 500 you save 99 cents. so lets say you needed 30 of the blue 300mcd led (276-311) you total would be 98.67 plus the discount which brings it down to 80.70 but my price is 56.49, funny thing is while i was figuring out these numbers i discovered a huge pricing flaw in the system so if you guys do go into your local shacks make sure they are charging you thr right price for the quantity you buy

im not talking about 300mcd LEDs. im talking about 2600mcd blues. or whites up to 10,000mcd which are 5 bucks at the shack for not that brightness. you can do better go ahead, but don't say you can by beating a price by 4 bucks when your talking about totally different unbright janky LEDs. thanks
