People who have aftermarket spoilers, do you have fiberglass or polyurethane? Does it matter, which is better, prolly urethane? And if you have fiberglass, whats the negatives about having a fiberglass spoiler?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2409759824&category=33638

(says polyurethane wing)

Thanks if you could help.

i have a fiberglass wing from wings west. I dont think they make urethane wings, all the urethane wings ive seen are little lips (my friend has one on his firebird). i really dont see the point to urethane wings, i mean your wing doesnt bottom out, so why worry about it cracking???

lol, Thank you very much. I have already ordered from there and they are in backorder till late April. So I have to wait, was wondering if I could get it now so I could paint my car altogether to save some money.

Thanks, thats what ppl have been telling me to do. But a sport car with no wing argghh... I like to be clean and while I am going to own an Eclipse I want my car to standout. I will paint it with no wing and wait for my spoiler to come in off backorder and then see how it looks with the wing. I will show pics off both setups and make a decision then.

What are you going to do next with your ride HondaHater? Your always changing it, I remeber when you had racing stripes and a big GTR spoiler, looked tight then and looks tight now. I can't wait to see what it looks like with your new bumper.

I think most aftermarket wings/spoilers are gonna be fiberglass. The aluminum and cf's are obvious. I think our stockers are ABS plastic- they aren't flexible enough to be urethane and I think I remember reading that somewhere. IONO

And then you will be coming back to visit us in Springfield. When are you going to do all that? (drop the car and no spoiler)
