pull out the ash tray, the unscrew the screws, then look at the screws in the sides of the console near the end of the seats. remove the console revealing 2 metal prongs holding the radio. Unscrew the prongs from the cd player

Uhhh...
1ST you have to remove the radio and HVAC surround. There are 2 screws there.
2nd Pull out the ashtray/cupholder section- 2 more screws.

3rd 2 screws on back section of center console on each side.
4th remove shifter knob (if manual)
This will allow you to remove the center console.
There are 4 screws holding in the radio mount. remove those and the whole thing will slide out towards you. There are screws on the sides of that mount that are holding in the CD player.
