We all know who on here has the bankroll to fund a flawless ride, but some of the guys on here have sweet rides that aren't all that flashy. Two guys whose rides I admire are John (run4cvr) with that low slung copper ride and I've always liked the DarkOne's with those RX7 rims. Also, I think her name is Jen, she's one of the KS peeps with the sweet picture of the blue one from the front driver's side.
These may not be winning any concours events, but I wish my car looked half as nice as theirs (and probably ran half as fast too)

Jen mos definately has a sweet ass ride, i want mine to look half as nice. I have the color, jus need hte height and a lower drop

I wouldn't say I've speen a ass load of money. True the paint job cost alot but Total "So Far" is around 10,000. But its more a job of love then anything else. Its also true that everyone has a blitz kit but I've looked through many mags and carshows and they don't spend the time I did on my engine. Thats all I really care about screw the rest of the car. When I open my hood and the sun shines off the polish alloy and you see peoples faces light up thats all I care about. Everyone has rims or a paint job or a interior but not everyone has a attention to detail engine. Just keep on shinning

I use to have a White 99 GS Sport with a Star Stage II Ball Bearing T3/T4 turbo...it was fun untill....well those who remember me know Oh Ya...this is what I have now... a 99' GSX...

i like gsbbturbo or whatever..you know..the blue clean fast GSX :x.. i like niclipse's car, shuwas car is nice too, showtime your car looks clean and nice, i don't know..i like clean looks..oh yeah icedouts car is nice..too many to list.

Gonna get brownie points for this but my GIRLFRIENDS 99 OZ IS PIMP AND KICK BUTT. I really do like it. Got everything I want in an Eclipse except its auto. 97-99 bumpers Silver, black leather, turbo spoiler, OZ wheels, Sunroof, stock CD/Tape.

by saying they are all as good as you want them to be- I didn't really mean personal pref. I've been getting a lot of compliments lately. I meant that anyone can have a badass car if you put your heart into it. Just go with what you can. Nothing happens overnight. To you- you may be used to your car, but someone will love it somewhere. I have had people flip over mine like it was a 900 hp wide body kitted skyline or something. To me- it's just my car, but I'm sure some people would see it as a dream car. It is personal preference. Do ur own thing tho and someone will appreciate you. There isn't a single car here that doesn't deserve its props for something. They'll get it somewhere. I basically meant- we are all equal here. All the cars started out the same. Same potential. Time, money, dedication. Damn. I feel like I got an award and gave a speech. There it is.

I don't care what people think. My car wouldn't look anything close to what it looks like if I did. I do it for me. It's still nice to get props every now and then so you know someone else thinks it's cool. Nobody wants to have the ugly car. That's the extent of my caring. I don't wanna have EVERYONE thinking it's ugly. I have seen cars that NOBODY likes. You have to do pretty bad to get to that. It seems like more of a task than looking good.

I'll admit it when all your friends are rolling an HRC kit and they have Motegis and Enkeis and you have a worn out base model Talon with one of the turbo guys old K&N and the others old 14" rims, you really have to love your car to keep rolling it everyday. I think the 2G DSMs have an excellent look to them to begin with. They are proportioned great, look sort of exotic, and are just damn nice cars. Even bone stock at 138k I still love the sound of my 420A when I start it in the morning.
