i just got my cf hood today and i went to install it and it seems like it dose not want to close all the way i can get the first click but the last it feels like its hitting somthing its a vis hood any ideas?

Mine closes alright. Just make sure nuthins blocking it, put your hand on top of the hood where the latch is, and put a decent amount of pressure on it till it latches

could be your hood bump stops. those little black rubber inserts that just screw on. take those off and then try.

Yeah I was worried about how hard I had to push it down at first. I was thinking it might crack when It was real cold out. But I made it through this winter fine and its been fine since i've had it.
