Try eBay, I've seen lots of black interior go up on there.

If you can't find something you can always get it from Satan.

I recently dyed some of my interior, and it's turned out great. It won't scratch off unless you gouge the vinyl. I put some vinyl protector on the dash after to keep it from fading, so it was shiny, but as its fading, its dulling out to a more normal look.

Leather and vinyl dye is what I used. The stuff I have won't rub off with casual touching, but if you sit there and rub at it hard, it can rub off. I think the problem is the stuff I used is made for shoes, which tend to be more porus than our dashes. Overall I'm very happy with how mine turned out. I'll scrounge up the pics I took and post 'em again soon.
