well i bought a 97-99 body and i wanted to paint the whole car silver after mounting the body. but being as the car is black i dont have enough money to spend 2-3k on a complete paint job to paint the engine bay and everything. i guess i could get door jams and shyt but what about engine bay? i dont want to half ass it but i dont have enough money for pro paint job. what do i do?! anybody have pics of something like this? black engine bay with silver body? thanks

it wouldn't look bad with silver and black engine bay, it's better than having silver with a green engine bay or something like this

yeh for real. A lot of people have black engine bays regardless. kinda makes all the other stuff look like it gleams, you know? I think it would look fine with silver car and black engine bay
