I am taking the front bumper off and have one screw on each side and cant get it any idea

go to the underside and pop it out with a screw driver, its a plastic screw

yea its on of those plastic ones there are 2 there i was able to get one but cant get that one the other i got from underneath

i took just a hacksaw blade and cut the top of the screw off. you dont really need it.
