I don't know if thats a good idea, thats major rice right there. People around Boston do it and it looks terrible, you can tell it's not real, including when it starts to peel of. but it saves a lot of money so whateva people like I guess

You know, all this time I tought people did it to save weight and reduce heat. For some reason I just never thought about it as an apperence mod. I agree with the others, painting your hood black would be a shitty thing to do. But since I realise now that a CF hood is for appearence I think painting your hood would be really fooked up!
