DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE A FRONT LIP OR SIDESKIRTS W/FIBERGLASS. I DONT HAVE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO BUY THE RMDSM LIP BUT WANT TO MAKE SOMETHING LIKE IT. AND I THOUGHT SKIRTS WOULDN'T BE TOO HARD EITHER. MATERIALS ARE NO ISSUE, I GET THEM FOR FREE, I JUST NEED INSTRUCTIONS.

dang if you dont have the cash its not worth trying because its gonna come out crappy. the materials alone would cost the same as if you went out and bought one yourself. and if you dont know the properties of fiberglass and how to measure and fit things then theres no way in hell you could do this

youll spend more money trying to fabricate stuff without a mold than you will if youd just go out and buy the things.

that link you posted was one of my questions no one answered. All i want to know is what to make the mold out of for side skirts and a front lip. I get all the parts for free, so dont tell me how expensive it is and blah blah blah. Please if anyone can point me in the right direction i'd appreciate it

I like the aluminum idea. Would suck for you to go through all that work just for a fiberglass one to crack in a few months.
