#4194, "vinyl door panel covering"

I want to cover my door panels ,where the fabric is. Has anyone covered these? I would rather do it myself vs spending 100.00 for each one to have someone else do them. Let me know.

Ive done it myself, its really easy. But the fabric i put on there was really light, so it was really easy to do. I just got some walmart fabric and spray adhesive, and just fitted the fabric onto the panel.
Of course you have to take off the whole door panel and dissasemble it.

you shouldnt have to pay $100 per side, i paid $40 per panel and that included them removing the door panels (i offered but they said no) and also that includes stitching in the blue stripe i have in there. and this is from the best upholstery shop in the entire southeast...they charge for their good work and it was only $80.

My RS door panel is all plastic with just an outline or where the vinyl should go. Can i get this insert wraped in vinyl somehow? I think i am going to go with 3 color blue, white, and silver interior.

I want to cover it in black vinyl. I tried to do it myself with 3m spray, I had problems with the armrest part in the corner. I found some places around here in the phone book, just look under auto. what is the best way to do it with out cutting the vinyl? Should I just spray it and then stretch the vinyl over it? or what? please help. And one more question "Cyan", im new here and i was wondering who do i post a pic(like on here when i post a message)
thanks,

i was talking about auto upholstery shops in general. look in the yellow pages under automobile - upholstery.
youll find several no matter where you live. to post a picture of your car just enter the URL in your message, the site will automatically post the pic for you
