ryan, there are a few ways to do it but if you are nervous about doing it take it to the body shop and have them do it, shouldn't cost more than 30 bucks at he most...... i think the hood pins look best when they are out on the out sides above the headlight... you have to remove the headlights to do this but it looks a hell of a lot nicer........ if you want how to mark up the holes in the hood for drilling then just ask

Man I just installed my hood pins, it was crazy. Just lining it up and shit, you have to take in consideration for when the hood is fully closed and a whole bunch of shit. For $30 I would have jus takin it to a body shop, but I like doin shit myself. Its not an easy job, but you can get it! Just a tip...when you put those studs in make shure you have them grounded in hard to where they arent loose and wont move at all, then just put a dab of grease or sumthin to makr yur hood, rest the hood on the studs, then bite yur lip and drill thru where it put the mark, a professional told me to use tape on the area yur drillin so you dont break the gelcoat, but drill from the bottom then when you see it pokin thru the tape a lil bit start drillin from the top. Remember take into consideration for when the hood is fully closed. This is a bad picture of my car but I have sparcos mounted on the sides over the headlights. I did it myself and it's really not that hard. I've even got some compliments on the fit. I didnt even have to take the headlights out I just drilled the holes about an inch from the rubber bumpers by the headlights on the inside and worked the bolt on the stud through the rubber bumpers hole. Oh you have to cut down the studs a lot though. I had to size it and cut them two diferent times so I didnt cut them too short. When the weather get better I'll get some better pics taken.
