#40154, "some questions about the kaminari wb fenders"
Hey guys, I've got a few questions about the Kaminari widebody fenders...I drive an Avenger and I know they won't fit without some modifications but hear me out. I recently put KYB AGXs on my car and it lowered my car slightly more than it was before, and that made enough difference that now my tires rub when I make turns. My camber is a little bit off too so if I fixed the camber the rubbing would probably be even worse (because my tires are slightly tucking), and I'm on springs so unless I switchover to coilovers I can't really change the height. Now I was first thinking about getting some universal fender flares, but its going to take a lot of cutting and molding. So I figured I go with something different like the Kaminari fenders. But what I need to know is if the Kaminari kit actually gives you anymore wheel clearance than the stock fenders do, every pic that I've seen looks like it only gets wider at the rear part of the fender. Do you think it'd give me just a little bit more wheel clearance or no? Also, are these fenders made out of fiberglass or metal? Do you think I'd be better off going with fender flares or the Kaminari fenders? And where would you guys recommend buying them from? Cheapest I've found them are for like $600 a pair, hehe...I think that's all the questions I have for now...thanks for your help.
And Ryan..if you see this you're not telling anyone lol
