#39603, "NEW DAMAGE FOUND FROM WRECK! FUCK! HELP!"

Ok, I was looking in my hatch the other day and noticed all of these gaps and bends that were not there before....apparently from the recent wreck.

I want to let the experts have a look at these pics:

http://groups.msn.com/1995eclipsegs/newwreckdamage.msnw

What should I do? I already got my estimate and they didn't check inside the trunk, only where I told them to check.

Is this shit fixable or what? It looks like metal body damage to me...which is fuckin real fuckin bad. fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP!

I am getting raped by my car and it is NOT cool!

TIA!

How bad does the car drive.. Just because you bent the panals doesnt mean the whole unibody is bent... if the unibody is bent your gonna have to get it pulled, no matter what sometimes the frame can twist and still twist back but could bend the panals- i did hear of that before

I think you have a certain amount of time to claim things, even if you didn't see them the first time around. The problem with that is proving that it happened in the acident. Just call your insurance and tell them you found more stuff, see what they tell you.

it doesn't matter that you've already had an estimate, anything else found will be concidered supplement. Anytime an estimate is made there is always the chance of there being more damage that isn't visible until later. One thing that I do find odd is that you told them where to look for damage, you should never do that because the estimator is trained and knows where to look for damage, wheter direct damage or indirect damage. From those pics it is hard to tell whether the insureance will concider it caused by the accident, do you have any other pics that show the actual main damage, I might be able to tell you if you're gonna have to fight to get it fixed. I do know what I am talking about too, I am going to school for this.

The car drives really weird now...like the suspension is all fucked up. Now we don't know if it is the suspension or structural damage or what....

The damage is that it caved in my bumper on the right side, crushed the taillight, and dented and scratchd the hatch lid.... the bumper did pop bakc out though, eventually.

Dunno what to do.

it is usually hard to tell if the susupension is screwed or if the frame is bent untill it is in a shop up on a lift, but if there is any damage the estimator should have noted it, and he should note any previous damage that was already there, and if something does come up insureane will still most likely pay for it, just be sure to take it to a direct repair facility, which work with the insureance companies, meaning they do the estimate themself, they deal directly with the insureance, basically all you do is take them the car and pay them the deductable.
