Ive got an emblem Ill be adding to my car, what type of adhesive should I use? Superglue certainly doesn't seem like a good idea. Is there a special adhesive I should get?

go to a local car window/glass shop and ask them to sell you some of their glue... its back in color and dries like rubber. be carefull once its dries.. it stays.... shouldnt have to pay more than 2-3 bucks. used it on my dads truck to put on an emblem that had fallen off....tested it on the under body... i couldnt pull that thing off...

That black glue is called urethane. That is what we use at the glass shop to install windshields and shit. Once you get it on there, it's pretty much stuck. And it is a pain in the ass to clean off.
