I do believe it is only for turbo. I don't remember emoji been too long since my cold air intake went on. If you can access the back of the headlight housing then you are all set. Just take the caps off the back of the headlight housing by twisting and pulling. Then take the bulbs and harnesses out in the same manner. Wear gloves or have a clean cloth or sumthin to handle the bulb, the oils from your hands can mess with the glass and/or filaments. Then put everything back together and you're all bueno.

Um... what about those little clips that hold the bulbs in place? Maybe the 95-96 headlights are different, but the 97-99 have these metal clips that you have to release before your bulb will come out. It shows them in the chiltons...

I just did my low beams yesterday so here it goes.

On the drivers side you will see 2 grey circle caps. one behind the fuse box and one to the left of it. the one directly behind the fuse bow is your low beams (the tough one). unscrew the caps. Get a flashlight. there is a metal clip that holds the bulb in place. Don't take it off but try and wiggle it to the side. once you get it loose remove the bulb and put the other in. You will probably want to unbolt your fuse box to get more romm. Trust me it will still be tough. Once you have the bulb in put it back in the headlight and position the clip back into its original position. Its tough cause you have no room to work with but you will get it. repeat on the high beams and other low beam. The other low beam is tough to get to also. unbolt some of the hoses around it for more room, but make sure you don't bend any of the surrounding pipes. You can e-mail me if you can't quite figure it out but you should be able to get it.
