I have heard a lot of rumors about white dashes being the worst concerning glare.... I really want to have my dash rewrapped or painted white but I don't know if it is worth the trouble. How is the glare on the windshield...... Help would definately be appreciated.....

yeah they are right about the glare, i get it off my dash and i used to get it in the back off my hatch cover before i rewrapped it in blue. the glare is worst during midday driving into the sun but once you remember to wear sunglasses you get used to it, it doesnt bother me any more (and the interior stays hella cooler now too!)
definately worth the glare to do it if you do the full interior that way
