Ok, I know you have seen them, Theu make your blinkers go silly fast. But know there makeing these that alternate your tail lights back and forth by just puting in a different bulb. What do you think it is/ Just a bulb with a different voltage? Im not gana pay for a bulb you can buy for $2 for at the shop insted of givin a guy $20 for his.

Acutally, on our cars, we don't need any sort of aftermarket system to make it alternate. Just cut the black ground wire on the bulb that is innermost (closest to the center of the car). We have three tailight bulbs.
O O X |ECLIPSE | X O O
In the above layout, you want to cut the black wire for each of the 'X' bulbs. That will cause it so that when you signal, the X and O will alternate. Good luck. Don't worry, if you mess up you can always put the wires back together. It only alternates at night with your headlights on.

Yup just cut the black wire to that bulb on each side in my diagram, and it will alternate with your headlights on. It ends up making that bulb turn off when the other O bulb is on, and vise versa, so they alternate.
Yup, actually only the middle bulb will come on when you brake if you do this mod. So you will have one bulb come on when you brake, instead of two, but its still fine since most cars only have one brake bulb to begin with.
