Well...In the process of taking off the clear plastic section of the gauge cluster..I managed to crack it just a little bit, on the side. I horizontal crack about 1 inch long. I had some spare silver vinyl and decided to cover it...so I just did that. I think it looks kinda neat. emoji

I just cut out the whole, put the safc half way in, the used clear silicone calk around the back to hold it. Its actually really string but if I want it out I will have to pull the silicone off and redo it. No biggie really.

I got them yesterday.....Thanks you rock!!

Haven't gotten them on yet...I am waiting for a bunch of sound deadening material to be shipped so I only have to take the center console apart once. Gonna do my whole car in FatMat.... A Dynamat alternative.

fatmat is cheaper i suppose. my panels rattle so much i was thinking about squirting a spot on the back of each panel with that truckbed liner to keep them quiet. i don't know if that the best way to do it but i figure it'll help and its easy.

the truck bed liner wont do it ther is a product made by cascade car audio that would fit your bill and there is another that i can remember that sprays out of an aerosol type of can that work well too but the name slips my mind

OZ howz the weight of fat may compared to dynamat?

i ahve a wholesale account for cascade never tried their stuff though, im gonna try some of the spray on dampners cause i dont want much weight any ideas?

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.

If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good.
If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast.
If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.
