Does anyone know what type of urethane the stock side skirts and back bumper is on a 1999 eclipse GST?

I'm trying to order some paint and need to know what type of urethane i'm painting on.

i thought the skirts were plastic, or atleast thats what they feel like

no the skirts are urethane. the spoiler is plastic. dont know what kinds though
