But dont the projector lights use the h series bulbs? why would you want to get rid of your hid's so fast? unless you want the h hids... then that would be real nice.

The new generation with the dual projectors use the stock bulbs, so I can keep my HID's.

APC makes an awsome looking dual projector style light in carbon look chrome or black housing (they hve two projectors instead of lowbeam proj and a square mirror assembly for high) you can probably get them anywhere that sells parts locally or you can try JC Whitney (but they are expensive) I would say try ebay too.

Yeah, I have looked on ebay and all i can find is the chrome. I want the black. I found a couple of other sites that I may try. I ordered them from Nopi but I guess that they are sold out.

hey keep me posted on where you find 'em at. i'm doin the same thing as you. or eventually. but yea i got the 9006 HID's too b/c i'm planning on upgrading to dual projectors when i get my body kit an stuff (97 front end conversion). i've only seen 'em on nopi too... but you said they're sold out? actually i'm lookin for the chrome ones but lemme know if you find anywhere. thanks!

oh yea, if you can't find the black ones, couldn't you always get the chrome ones an paint 'em? more hassle an stuff but from what i've seen of people painting their headlights, it comes out pretty nice usually.

dude you can't use his stock headlights...

dual projectors use the wiring harness from your stockers. they'd look nice during the day but there wouldn't be any lights at night. emoji

Well, both cars have the same wiring ahrness for the headlights, but MrLocalPimp seems to only want the housing unit itself.
That would work.

MCubed45; there were a couple of pairs of the chrome dual projectors on EBay the other day. I may have found a site that has them in stock but I guess I won't know until next week when they should get here. I'll let you know.

THis is where I am getting mine from.. I think... NOPI's look better I think on the Nopi units both projectors are the same size. This page shows the price like $30 higher. If I find the other page I will post it.

They have both the crome and the Black

Nice find. thanks guys!
haha is it just me or does that pic w/ the 95/96 w/ the 97+ duals look really agressive? i think it's prolly just the projector on the high beam that makes it look like that but i think it might actually be the headlight gap too. lol! maybe i can live w/ the gap for awhile...

I aagree the gap looks fine... I have a 97 front bumper in storage.. but I tell you what.. I am liking the 95-96 front bumper more and more.. It has much more character then the 97+
And it looks way better from the side view.

I and not sure what I am am going to do... I might just swap them out.. make some sort of quick release system.

When I want my car to look bad ass Put on the 95-96 cover...
When I want to look more intercooler friendly put on the 97+

My dual projectors were totally clear. The ricey blue tint that was on the highbeam projector was from my ricey blue highbeam bulbs.
