i just did that. it has two clips between the top off radio and the bottom off the a/c controls.just above the crease(on the sides) and it has two on the bottom as well. i just used my screwdriver. but you must be careful when popping out it breaks easy.

There's two screw (One on each side of the side panel) near the end of the Panel - By the Gas Pedal on the driver and passenger side.

Once you unscrew the screw then the rest juct pops out. There's clips behind them to hold them in place.

Our cars are pretty easy to take apart. I took out all the panels and had them painted when I had my Spoiler Painted.

Well first off like mentioned before in the post take the 2 side panels off... Pop the center peice around your ac controls etc off and take the two top screws off your arm rest... Now pull your ashtray and the little cup holder next to it out (not individually pull that whole chunk out) unscrew the two screw there holding the arm wrest down. Now you need to remove your shifter knob (if you have the stock one unscrew it right off if not you know how yours works) then you can pull the entire am rest/console out... Your radio sits in a metal bracket holding the little black pocket for misc items right below your radio and your radio the screws to remove this is on the side thats why you need to take the side panels out. To get it all back in just go backwards. Oh and when you get pissed off cause things arent working out ( we all do sometimes ) take a brake because believe me its not worth messing something up in your car just because your pissed it doesnt wan't to do what you wan't it to (99.9999% of the time its user error just try to find out what your diong wrong)...
