#35337, "95 to 97 front end..."

I was thinking about a body kit next year(Bomex), but i might just end up getting a 97 front end and doing the front end conversion, unless my financial situation improves dramatically between now and then.... What should i expect to pay for a stock 97/98/99 front end in good condition? White would be prefered, cuz then i could possible cheat by not having to paint. How much should a good paint on one run me, if i cant find a white one?

Interesting.

My 97 bumper cost me $250 shipped. As I understand shipping cost him a good $70+.

I had my car painted at earl scheib at the time, right before I got the bumper, so I took it back there and they did just the bumper for $60. Thats low tho. I didnt have it matched, just got the same color. If you need to have it matched itll cost way more.

Then $300 or so on headlights. I just used my 95 headlights and painted them black inside but if youre a perfectionist, and I am just didnt have the money, then you probably want to get apair of stock 97+ or projectors. Projectors can actually cost cheaper in most instances.

I got banned for being a constant tard.

when i did mine... i paid 200 shipped for the bumper and it was painted my color... and i got a set of 97-99 headlights for 175 from someone in my area...

for a bumper thats color matched, id pay up to 250 shipped.. for a bumper that you need to paint, id pay like 100-150shipped.. for headlights.. 150-200..

search the sales forum and the thepartstrader, dsmtrader, and ebay... oh yea, junk yards if you are lucky enough

^^what once was^^

I actually found mine locally and it was the same exact color and in good shape. I paid 150 for it. I also picked up a set of matrix projectors for 230 + shipping.
