you have to pry it out a little, then disconnect all of the buttons for things like the rear defroster, hazard lights, etc... and don't forget to unscrew the little linkage thing on the right side of the vent thingy. it should pull out...

errr...im going off of memory cause i just did this a fwe weeks ago...

there should be the main center piece with your vents, defrosts, and hazards... and your vents are a separate piece that clips into that main center piece if i remember it correctly

the main center vent piece is connected to your dash by four little tabs i believe....two top and two bottom and it just clips in place. i just took a flat head screw driver and popped that whole thing out

i know the defrost and hazards are connect on the left by plugs, you just push the tab in and disconnect.... on the right side, the tab thingy where you can close your vents, it is connected by a wire thingy but that comes off easily and is attached to the vents by a clip that just pops out, i believe...

the actual vents are connected to the main center piece by thos tabs as well. its pretty easy once you pop out the main vent center piece and from there youll see everything ...once you disconnect all the wires, getting teh vents out should be a snap D:

i hope i explained everything right...let me know if you run into any probs
