so my friend's friend is selling his stock sideskirts...he took em off in March, and they've been primered and prepped for painting...should I pay $180, or is that too much?

I guess it really depends on how good of shape they are in. I just recently bought some OEM SS and door caps off of dsmtrader.com for $180 and they still need to be sanded, primed, and painted. If they are in relatively good condition I would say that its a steal if the door caps are included. If you don't really want to door caps I probably would offer him less than $180.

If you're buying them I'm not going to drive the price up for you. (I'm still hoping Eclipse804 decides to get new skirts and sell me his, painted the right color and all)
