What are they obligated to fix? just the back bumper got messed up and probably the supports and some of the spare tire well. Will they be able mach the paint if the original paint is still on there since '95? TIA

take it to a shop and get an estimate. the insurance company then cuts you a check for that amount. you can get whatever you want fixed, as long as the mechanic that inspects the vehical says it was broken from the wreck.
and yes, they can match paint very well nowdays. when i got into a wreck in 99, the new paint blended PERFECTLY (and i have a 95).

It can be whatever you want, When I got the wing stolen off my car I went directly to the insurance company and they have a claims adjuster and he did the estimate and wrote me a check for a certain amount. Then he said take it anywhere you want to get it fixed and if it cost more then the check I wrote you have the shop that you are getting it fixed at call me and I will send him how ever much more it is to fix it. I don't know if all insurance companies work the same way but that is how my insurance company handled my claim. Hope that helps ya.

Thanks for the info..... Hopefully i'll just end up repainting the whole car because there are plenty of spots where the paint is messed up and there's no use in having a perfect bumper when the rest doesnt look so good. And maybe i will throw on a new bumper and some gst skirts...
