I jus got mine in and put it on. It wouldn't close for me . It looked like it was hitting on the strut bar, so i took it out. Still no dice. Now that i am at it, it looks like the hood is hitting the ecu. Did you guys have to alter your hood in any way to get it to fit? Or did i end up with the wrong hood???

i guess thats why it was free.....

we'll when i got mines it hit my ecu my thermostat housing and strut bar I had to cut under neath the hood and make it fit. I had to completley remove the ecu bracket cause it was too high.

lol...no....these hoods were jus backstock that they were trying to get rid of. I just needed to know if it was possible to get it to fit before i bitched out the guys on the phone.

Is there any way i could get a pic of the underside of your hood and what you did to the ecu???

I got it online....Well, just the front and my 5 hoods.

I figured this hood was a plug n play model, guess i was wrong . At least i have the carbon fiber one for a back up .

importfan said their computers are down and thay cant take orders till next week
