This has happened to tons of people including myself. The gauge face is making contact with the needle. Go back and use some double sided tape or glue to hold the face down properly. You may have to also trim the gauge face some to fit around screws. It doesn't require much force for the nedle to stop working.

As long as you dont remove the needle your gauge will automatically go to its proper position, so ur fine. I would use a little elmers to hold ur new gauges down from rubbin the needle.

Leave the old ones on, even if u take them off they are extreamly thin and wont change if ur indiglow are rubbing the needle. If you have tried with a dab of glue and it still rubs. You can pull the needle up a bit. Try not to pull it off cause then u will have to fix ur settings.

When I did mine I noticed that all the gauges if you moved the needle went back to where they were supposed to be automatically except for the gas gauge. So you'll probably have to fill it up then put the gauge to the top manually.
