#32009, "I just got rear ended...couple of questions"

Not sure if I was suppose to post here or in the general section...

Some bastard coudn't stop in time and slammed into my car. I'm sure he was going under 10 MPH. When it hit, my seat belt didn't tense up but it was LOUD as hell.

When I got out to check my rear bumper, there was no visible damages just a lil' scuff on the paint. The grommets were still attached to the bumber under the wheel well and no dent(s).

So I just let the guy go without exchanging info. Is there more I should have checked on? Like, could there be damage to the 5MPH impact things ( whatever they are called) under the bumper cover?
