Hey guys, i went to an alarm shop today and i'm getting my alarm put in next week. the shop guy was suggesting i relocate the hood release as an extra detterant to make it harder to get to the battery and disconnect it. he said they could do it for some extra $ but it'd prolly be better if i just do it myself b/c it's not that hard. anyone ever do this before? how hard was it and where'd you put it? he also said i'd need to get a longer cable from the dealer or someplace - like one from a different vehicle possibly. anyone know what works good? TIA
