lol....Actually it kind of looks like they are. It seems to me as if the slashes should be on the outside so that water can escape better, but I dont know for sure

Let me rephrase my question btw.

The water tread thing is supposed to be on outside. But it would be different if left on right/roght on left etc..

I don't think it matters but its just so damn loud on the interstate that I thought about this.

look on the side, if it says rotation with a arrow or mount this side out written on it. Some tires has tread that looks directional but they are not, just look on the side

Surely those tires have an arrow on the sidewall showing the direction of rotation....... if they don't then I don't think it matters.

They look correct to me. I know that the tread lines that go across the tire are facing the right direction. I'm not 100% sure about the tread ring around the outside edge, but that seems right to me too.
