urethane is what stock parts are made from, much stronger but heavier

fiberglass is cheaper/thinner some times and prone to crack but its also lighter a bit

urethane is the best for body kits IMO, I dont like fiberglass at all, you will be pissed when you hit that first bump and destroy/crack the fiberglass one

one big advantage of fiberglass: you can mod it for custom lights, etc. its also easy to repair for when you eventually crack it emoji

the 1st owner of my car tried to fix the urethane(stock)front w/ fiberglass and he couldn't so it's not unbreakable it but on the other hand go to your car and press the front or rear a little it'll move if you do it w' fiberglass it won't you can even break it
i would say if you get urethane ,wing west or stillen( front only) expensive 450-500 but i heard they both fit really well
my 2 cents

Urethane is somewhat better because it's pretty flexible.
