#31145, "Two simple questions cause i'm an idiot"

First question..
-How hard is it to hook up reverse indiglo gauges for a turbo..what do I have to rewire..because I already split the wire that my headlights are on in order to hook up my boost gauge..is it hard..what do i need to take apart?

Second question..
-Right now i'm running on stock 95 gst swirly 16s rims. I got a really good deal on some 17" GSX OZ Rims and I want to put 215/45/17s tires on them..will they fit on my 17" Rims and on my 95 GST? Also, will they have a lot of wheel gap? More than my stock 16s have? Because my stocks don't look like they have that much wheel gap..cause i'm trying to avoid to buy springs to lower my car because i live in the city but my college is 6 hours away in hillbillyville and there are lots of potholes and stuff like that..

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!

with 17 inch wheels you should use 215/50/17 tires, that is what they use stock and that will give you the same overall diameter as the 16s with a 55 sidewall. What OZ wheels are these, are they aftermarket because the only factory wheels that were OZ's were on the GS anniversary edition, and they were 16's. The indiglo gauges are easy to install, all you need is to tap into your dash light wires and that's all.

well they are the 97-99 GSX 17" Rims..also, I already wired my boost guage through my dash lights under the fuse box..Is there some sort of harness or something to wire it up to? It seems pretty complicated..also right now on my stock 16" Swirly 95 GST Rims my wheelgap I can fit about 4 fingers in there..If I got the GSX 17" Rims would the wheel gap be even more? someone suggest that I do that and get an eibach pro-kit used and lower my car and it will look good..thanks for the help

later

The wheel gap will remain the same. I'd do what the person suggested, put the wheels on and lower it with the prokits or even sportlines.

Well I noticed on your sig you have tenzo lowering springs? Would I have to buy a kit like the eibach pro-kit to lower my car or is there something cheaper to lower my car and is safe and durable? Thanks
