Ok, i finnaly got some brighter LEDS (VARAD) and they light the HVAC UP nice. But how the hell do i get the led to stay in place?

What i did for all my LED's was to go to Home Depot or Radio Shack I cant remember which and bought some rubber Grommets that were the same size as the inner diameter of the HVAC hole and then stuffed the LED through there. It works well because you know it is secure and it doesnt let any light leak out.

me I used super glue, just do it when it dark out so you can aim it befor the glue dries

Doh! I cant remember. But what i did was just take the light that I took out into the hardware store with me and used it as a reference to fit the grommet. I thought about using the glue, but i was worried about it getting all over the led bulb and making it dimmer.

I used electrical tape, has held up for about 5 months....it doesnt take much.
