Were there black interior pieces made by the manufacturer? Or was it just the gray color?

Depends on which panels you are talking about....I have black door panels, rear side panels, and dash/console. The bottom of the dash is gray and the trunk has gray panels. All stock...

Is the entire door black? Also I mean the trunk panels rear quarter etc...

Yeah the doors are all black.....

The trunk pieces are all gray. The ones on either side of the back seat are black.

The ones on the top part of the back next to the hatch and headliner are grey.
