My driver side headlight is very dirty, I read some posts from here saying this task is too easy, the other day I was trying to se how to remove the headlight, is this necesary? can I remove the crystal without remove the headlight?, do I have to remove the Bumper?

"Clearing the headlights" usually refers to removing the amber corners (turn signals/ running lights). You can also remove dirt from the headlights, opening it the same way. The easiest way to do this without going to satan is to remove your headlights, bake them in the oven at 250 degrees for 7 minutes, and remove them, pull them apart (cutting the sealant as you pry them apart), and clean. Re-bake for about 3-5 mins and push back together, bake again for 1-2 mins. This will seal it well. They are rated to over 400 degrees, so heat for this long will not affect them. Ask anybody on this site, this is the way to go, it doesnt get easier. There have been several writeups on it.
