I've seen these sold on ebay and other places for only $10 or so. How good are these? I don't want to get my windows tinted permanently just so I can pass inspections, so I thought these might be a good, and cheap, alternative.

Why would you need you windows tinted to pass inspections? If anything I would think you would need you windows NOT tinted to pass inspections. Or is that why you meant you didn't want it permanant?

I have my windows tinted 20%.. I know it's illegal in PA....but I was also at PenDot's website and they changed the law so that you can still get your car inspected even if it's tinted.
