About to buy a blitz kit from a friend for cheap. Only problem is that he doesnt have the rear bumper. I'm wondering whether my black 97 eclipse rs is going to just look stupid w/o the rear.
Since I haven't ever seen one w/o the rear, I'm not at liberty to make that decision.

So has anyone ever seen one w/o the rear? And if you have, whats the verdict on how it looks? And if you happen to have this setup - plz post a pic. Would really like to know.

I try to piece together the idea from just looking at the stock rear and blitz rear .. but i just can't see it.

It will just be that the rear won't be as low as the front and sides, so picky people will think it looks weird. It's not a big deal, but then your kit will look like it's missing a piece, just like how I have the stock front bumper with blitz sides and rear. People are always asking what front I'm going to get.

I have the rear, but there was a couple week period at one point where it wasn't on. I actually thought about leaving it that way, too. I like the way it looks with the stock rear. just buy the sides and front then get the back later on if you still want it.

I got the Blitz front and Invader sides but no rear....lots of people think I should get a aftermarket rear but I don't have a problem with mine now. Its just the rear isn't as low....no biggie though.

I think Fusion was one of the few ppl who had only Blitz front but no rear. Looked fine with me. I'm getting his front now without the rear too. I also don't have any skirts. But I think it'll look good.

I used to have a blitz front with no sides or rear either. But Mikey, I think you should really get some side skirts cus the blitz front will be low and look kinda funny without side skirts. I'll try to help you find some skirts if you want em. Last time I referred CvedEclipse to a guy that sold silver skirts for 120 I think...
