My 96 base model didnt come with a tach in the dashboard. If I get a hold of an entire RS or GS guage cluster of the same year, will it be compatible with my base model? Or is there a way to just get the stock tach guage to add to my cluster? I asked a Mitsu parts dealer already and he wasn't very helpful as to how I was going to get a tach. He said if it didnt come equipped, he can't help me. Can anyone out there help? Much thanks.

buy an aftermarket tach.

A 5" monster autometer would look sweet. That's what I would do.
