Depending on where you do it, anywhere from 150-300, and they probably would do that center piece for free or very little if they do your bumper, many shops will probably complain about the match though, but a good one should be able to do it

I have a 95 GST and it's the same color as yours..because I went to a custom body shop (www.mrspoiler.com) <--they did a custom body kit on the VERY last DSM GSX ever made..and it won a lot of awards..they do a great job..I mean all I had them do was paint my center piece on my taillight..but they did an excellent job..matched my 95 car exactly..and your color is the same as mine..there is only like 1 dark green 95 color..but most places don't have that paint color in stock because it's like metallicish..and stuff..the guy had to order a pint for my back center piece and it cost about $30-$40 a pint..i'm guessing for the body kit it would require maybe 2 or 3 pints..and left over paint i'm sure they could paint whatever else you wanted..bug I suggest priming your stuff and sanding it or else they will charge you when they do it..hope this info helps..later
