Hi, I just got my new taillights in yesterday and I havent really tried to look to see how to take out my old ones..I know how to take out the center piece because I had that painted before..but I was just wondering if someone could explain how to take off the rear taillights and about how many bolts are there..and is it easy? Thanks in advance..later

remove the plastic covers on the left and right and theres i think like 7 or so bolts all around the taillights. no need to take the entire plastic panel off, just the little "door" that you use to change the bulbs...

yeah, just make sure you're using a 10 mm socket/wrench. I didn't have one and had to go to the hardware store to get one. I got most of them off by just taking off the panel, if you want to cut a little bit of time off installation, you can stick your hand in the hole and try to get the last one on the very outside of the light, but you may lose a ratchet or two and some sockets. not pretty.

sorry to bring back an old post...but figured i'd put it here instead of starting a new one
i have a 95 talon....i removed all the nuts from the taillight, but it wont seem to come out. its almost like its stuck to the center piece somehow. any ideas?
