If your gonna paint the interior panels yourself get some SEM paint. it works best. I remember a post about a couple of weeks ago that someone wanted to make their dash look like it was fibreglassed and was gonna use urethane on it then car paint and car clear. Do a search and you will find a lot about interior painting.

did you redo the vinyl or did you use the sems paint to cover the vinyl?? cause im bout to do mine and painted the trim pieces.. wont that paint come offthe vinyl???

i used SEM's "sand free" on the dash,it helps the paint bond to the vinyl and mine flexes with no problems at all.

im bout to do mine but im gonna tear off all the old vinyl and give it some new... any ideas im taking them all before i actually do it... but im painting my trim pieces i used krylon with primer and clearcoat and it looks petty good... just doin the rest the right way... does anyone know how much of a job it would be to take out the dash board???
