Hey, I was talking to you about that paint through email and on the board. Wasn't sure if you got it but.... What colors are they? I am all for that paint man. I have had my car unpainted for close to a year and a half and it is time to paint. I have the same kit and molding of fender flares and a roof scoop are nearing it's production. I need some paint. I live in cincy and am definitly serious bout ur freinds paint. Lemme know first(shhhhh) just kidding. But yeah I'm up for it.

Ummm, that paint is so expensive that even at a deal it's going to be expensive. You're talking about a 2 stage paint, or flip-flop as some call it. That paint you buy by the pint can be anywhere from $800-$1800 a pint, most cars will require 2 pints to do a good job and have some for spare, and trust me you'll need spare.
BTW: Chameleon paint is awesome, but remember that one scratch could mean reapinting the whole car over. Keep extra paint and at least your exact paint code.

Sorry but I haven't personally seen a chameleon car being painted, since usually it costs 2k just for paint materials. So I dunno about this powder form. I would think there might be a powder as well as a liquid part that you spray. I would find out all the details before getting it...

Yea, there's two forms of the paint, you can get in powder or liquid. Most of the time paint shops use the liquid, it's a hell of alot easier to mix, but it cost more. The powder form I've seen only twice and both times the shop swore they'd never use it again, he didn't explain why in great detail, he just said it was a pain in the ass to get the right mixture and consistency. Talk to the guy who's going to be doing the work, he may prefer the powder or he may refuse to use it, find out before you buy the paint.
