I don't have a front plate nor do i have holes to accomodate one. But I can't imagine they be that big, why not just slap in some bondo, sand it up real nice, and throw some touch up paint on it?

You can't slap in some bondo because the stock bumper is urethane. It would be hard to fill in and not have it crack. I would just live with those holes. They aren't that big.

Check out this pic of my front. You can barely even tell there are holes.

now hmm why would you have holes on your bumper? Our cars are suppose to come with this funky bracket (which I don't have cuz the dealer sold mine without the front plate) that bolts into the battle bumper (gahahah I just made that one up it's the hard plastic bumper thingie, doh that sounded nasty anyway...) so it grabs it from underneath and it has these prongs that go upward and you attach your plate to those prongs. Haha I'd never drill my bumper I put my license plate on the side with zipties b4 I drill my front bumper up emoji

Actually on our stock bumpers, the brackets attach to the bumper above that black grill looking thing. They actually drill into the bumper and attach them. Notice on people's sigs how the front license plate sits higher up so it does block some parts of the painted bumper.

they have that neuspeed plate thing that goes on for hondas. It's oval and bolts into the holes. That's one way to fill it, but kind of a waste of $$$
