I was wondering if anyone knew what is the best way to paint the interior and what is the best paint to use? I would like to paint just the vents and handles and stuff. Also I have purple Esi and DOHC 16Valve stickers and would like the silver ones. Anyone know where i can get these or who to talk to? Thanks

Apparently I have heard that there is paint speically made for painting the interior. I know you can get this from a number of sources including Summitm or even your local autmotive paint store. It's not cheap though. Close to $8 for a can of spray. (no personal experience here)
As far as the silver letters, you can get some from the dealer at close to $12 for the "ESi." I would guess you need to increase that amount pro rata for "16v DOHC." They only had these for 98 talons, so make sure to specify that year.

I tried a few things and had no such luck. The paint would sploch or seperate causing little holes where the original color could be seen. Luckily I did this on a spare part I got from a wrecked eclipse and didn't ruin mine. But I can't find a good dark purple anywhere except in Krylon or Rustoleum and they didn't work. So if you find some online i'd like to know

for painting the dash and doors (flexible parts) use SEM's vinyl spray, like jason said, i paid $8 per can, used about 4 cans and 2 cans of SEM clearcoat. for the hard plastic parts, use krylon (no primer, but sand the parts first to scuff them up) and then krylon clear (like 8 coats and of course on the cloth parts (door inserts, hatch cover, headliner, enclosures, i used vinyl) i just finished a new amp rack today that replaced my back seats, so i will post a pic of that as soon as i can if anyone is interested.
