#26490, "coilover install"

I got a set of matrix coilovers for my 98 Eclipse RS and it didn't come with any instructions or pictures or anything, I was wondering if anybody had somewhere I could go to help me put these in. I don't want to put them in wrong. Thanks.

Heres my 2 cents. I had OBX coils for a while, very similiar. Try their web site , email them and request. Thats what I had to do with my used OBX's.

-Knock off perches from your stock or aftermarket struts.
-Cut a quarter off the bottom of each bumpstop, (half at MOST if slamming and staying slammed).
-Slide sleeves on each perch. They hang on the lip where the stock perches were. Make sure the deeper end of the sleeves hang below the lip. You can tell by sticking your fingers (errrr) in each end of the sleeve which is deeper.
-Place the springs on the sleeves. (make sure thicker springs are used upfront to support engine weight).
-This part may vary as I am not sure if your hats are the same. Place rubber spring cusion on the top of the spring. Then place the metal washer in top of that. Then place the small "hat" on the actual strut rod.
-Finally Complete the reinstall of the struts.
-Adjust to fit your tastes emoji
