#2612, "stock fog light instructions"

I just get a 99 eclipse front end and foglights. But my car is a 95 RS so there is no harness to plug it in to. So how can i wire these to work. I want them on whenever my headlights are on.

I would be able to do that with just some speaker wire, right.

Will this give it enough power to the foglights. Do i need to use a fuse or anything?
